We love a throwback photo in any incarnation, whether it be an adorable childhood pic, one of our favourite celebs or a heartfelt tribute.
So imagine our delight when we hit the trifecta this morning with the sweetest retro snap of not one but TWO Hemsworth brothers in celebration of Liam’s birthday.
Taking to Instagram older brother Chris shared the vintage photo of himself and Liam dressed in their bright yellow school uniforms with their pet dog marking the star’s 31st birthday.
“Happy birthday @liamhemsworth this photo was taken 3 years ago today, damn time flies but you haven’t changed a bit,” Chris joked.

Of course, he’s gotten more rugged and handsome with age, a topic we could go into depth on, but Chris isn’t wrong, he looks the same.
Chris also looks like striking familiar to his grown self, minus the terribly token 90s bowl cut that’s giving us Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter vibes.
We weren’t the only ones loving the cute pic, fellow former Home And Away star Isla Fisher commented: “That’s too cute❤️”

Over on his own Insatgram account Liam shared a snap of himself swimming in a pool throwing shakkas.
“Here’s to a better year than the last! Cheers for the birthday wishes! 🤙” he captioned the pic.
Having sold his Malibu home last year, following his 2019 split with famous ex-wife Miley Cyrus, it seems it’s only onward and upward for the Aussie actor, a sentiment he’s clearly embodying.
Liam’s new girlfriend Gabby posed joined in recent family celebrations.

A source recently told E! that Gabrielle “brings out the best” in Liam.
