Despite only giving birth to their son Bear Grey just two months ago, Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole could be giving the little guy a brother or sister very soon.
Yep, turns out the couple is feeling clucky, with the former One Direction singer revealing they’re seriously considering adding to their brood.
“We have spoken about this. We will see what happens,” Liam, 23, told the Mirror. “We are in a routine now and loving life. We sit round with Bear, watch old films like Ritchie Rich and Stand by Me… have a laugh.”
Liam also revealed that while he’s a “changed man” since becoming a dad, Cheryl, 33, is very much the one in charge in the Tweedy-Payne household.
“She’s very headstrong,” he revealed. “She’s a strong woman. Cheryl’s just been amazing. She doesn’t want to miss the close contact with him. And the thing people don’t know is she has done it all herself. When she first got pregnant, I couldn’t keep up with everything.”
In fact, a few weeks after Bear’s birth Liam had to fly to LA to work on his debut solo album leaving Cheryl home in England. He admits it was difficult being away from them and was thrilled to get back home to them.
“Being home for bath time is just the most amazing thing. We do bath time together,” he says. “I’m in charge of bath water and cooking.”
Meanwhile, earlier in the week Liam sat down with singer-turned-radio-presenter, Marvin Humes for a Q&A with fans, where he was quizzed about his role as a new dad.
When asked by one who Bear looks like Liam answered: “He smiles just like his mum and his mum smiles beautiful.”
Awe, we know it’s only June but can we nominate him for Dad of the Year yet?
