Carrie Bickmore and Chris Walker have welcomed a baby girl.
Sharing the news on her instagram this afternoon, Carrie revealed she had given birth to girl, with a photo simply titled, “Evie xx”.
She also shared her special news on her Twitter, stating that mother and baby were doing well, “Welcome to this crazy world little Evie… so happy u (sic) arrived safely. Xx”
Speaking to The Weekly last month, Carrie, who also has a son, Oliver, 7, confided that she was “so excited” to give him a sibling after losing her first husband to cancer in 2010, but struggled with morning sickness.
“It was tough going the first four months,” she added, “I thought I’d had morning sickness last time and I realise that I had nothing compared to the sickness this time. It was all day, all night, it was brutal.”
Carrie announced her pregnancy while on air for her show, The Project, in October.
“Speaking of babies, I have some news for you; I am having a baby!” She revealed on air.
Evie is her first child with partner, Chris Walker.
