Brynne Edelsten hits back at Gabi Grecko: “Get over it!”

Brynne Edelsten and Gabi Grecko are at it again!

Just days after Geoffrey Edelsten, 71, got down on bended knee at the Melbourne Cup and popped the question to his on-again off-again, girlfriend Gabi Grecko, his ex-wife, Brynne Edelsten, has spoken out about the over-the-top proposal.

“To be honest, it made me laugh,” Brynne told reporters at Flemington on Oaks Day.

“It’s a funny way Geoff went about it, but Geoff has some funny ways with everything he does. Good for them, I wish them the best,” the curvaceous blonde added, but not before commenting on her and the former disgraced doctor’s divorce.

“Hopefully this will make the divorce move forward. Unfortunately you have to wait a year being separated before you can divorce someone.”

As imagined, this didn’t go down very well with Gabi, 25, who was the talk of the track at the races on Tuesday in her bizarre bird-like outfit.

Adding further fuel to the fire, 31-year-old Brynne has since made claims that Geoffrey’s new fiancé had been harassing and bullying her, despite the pair having never crossed paths.

And it wasn’t long before Gabi arched up, taking to social media to retaliate.

“Don’t play innocent saying I BULLY YOU, when I wrote you an apology note and you THREW a drink at my picture, right at my face and LAUGHED,” Gabi wrote, referring to Brynne’s cocktail-throwing skit onDirty Laundry Liveback in July (see below).

“You’re a bully and you’re fooling no-one. You call yourself a role model, at least I am who I claim to be. Stop writing articles saying I or Geoff care we actually don’t care about you. Don’t say my name again. THANKS,” she added.

Meanwhile, it seems the fact that Brynne is still using the ‘Edelsten’ name, despite splitting from Geoffrey in january after a four-year marriage, is still not sitting well with the American born personality who labelled it ‘pathetic’.

“I say get over it,” Brynne told the Herald Sun. “I am still married to him legally. First of all, she doesn’t have any say in what I use as my last name. I’ve been here for six years and I’ve built a profile with that name.”
