According to PerthNow the socialite is facing court today in Perth on drug possession charges.
These charges come after the 32-year-old’s ex-boyfriend Cemre Volkan appeared in a magistrate court in May facing aggravated burglary, common assault, depravation of liberty and possessing a prohibited drug conviction.
Prominent WA Barrister Tom Percy represented Brynne and it is understood the blonde beauty was excused from appearing in person because,”she would have some difficulty getting here today.”
The case was adjourned until July27 with her attorney telling AAP “she’ll probably enter a plea next time.”
Despite the charges being dated back to May 9, the American, who now calls Australia home, just received the summons to face court recently.
Only last month the reality star appeared with her former flame Cemre Volkan in court after it was alleged he broke into the home of a woman and tried to kill her.
The bodybuilder was granted a $100,000 bail and was forced to surrender his passport following further accusations that tried to strange an ex-girlfriend with a rope.
