Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven had a bumpy road to love after becoming one of the most controversial couples to ever appear on Married At First Sight.
But eights months, two kids and an engagement later, their relationship couldn’t be stronger.
Now, the couple have revealed to fans the exact moment both of them realised they had found ‘the one’.

“Standing up for your partner being constantly harassed by someone (which was never shown on TV) and then seeing her support me won a special place in my heart for life,” he said.
Bryce went on to reveal that after they arrived back from the retreat, he and Melissa were sent to a different hotel because they “threatened to fly out of Sydney during the night” if they were forced to stay in the MAFS apartments with their costars.
“[It] was actually the best few days while filming the show,” he said.
The 32-year-old then shared a photo of Melissa from their brief hiatus, captioned: “The first time I knew that when I looked at @lissrawson that I’d fallen in love with her.”
Melissa also took to Instagram to relive the moment she fell in love with Bryce and shared a sweet photo of them enjoying a day out at Luna Park in Sydney.
“We had most weekends off filming and we always spent our weekends doing something fun together to bond and forget about the trauma of our filming days,” she explained.
“We were on the ferris wheel at Luna Park on a Saturday evening and I had this overwhelming feeling that I couldn’t imagine my future without him.
“He made me so happy and I knew a future with him would not only be fun but full of love.”
Bryce and Melissa shared the tender moments just weeks after welcoming their twin boys Levi and Tate 10 weeks early.
Melissa said she fell in love with Bryce while on the ferris wheel at Luna Park.
(Image: Instagram)The boys are still recovering in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and the couple have kept their fans in the loop on their progress.
“I could never have prepared myself for what premmie babies and their families go through, or any parent where their bubby is struggling with life after birth or decide to leave this earth and grow their angel wings,” Melissa penned.
Bryce explained that while their lives have turned upside down, they want to use this experience to help support other parents with premature babies.
“Going from a few weeks ago literally not knowing anything about premature children, and the process of once they’re born to getting to getting them to term in-home, to basically knowing a hell of a lot about it now,” he said.

“It’s all happened very fast,” Bryce told us at the time.
“It’s been a whirlwind, but we’re so incredibly happy,” added Melissa, who pointed out their twins will be a world first for the TV franchise.
