It’s safe to say that most fathers have one undeniable skill in common – embarrassing their kids. And even perennially cool David Beckham has perfected it to a tee .
On Saturday the legendary soccer icon made his eldest son, Brooklyn, cringe with discomfort as he hijacked a social media post.The -16-year-old was humbled after reaching over one million Instagram followers, and took to his account to thank his fans for their support.
While Brooklyn was making the video addressing the milestone, you could hear his dad yelling, “Brooklyn, we’re leaving,” with the family getting ready to celebrate Victoria’s 41st birthday.
“I just reached a million followers,” Brooklyn began, but was swiftly interrupted by David yet again.
Popping his head into the frame, Becks smugly quipped:, “I’ve got 52 [million]!” and thus instantly outshining his eldest child.
But clearly a good sport, the aspiring model had no qualms publishing the playful video and even captioned it with the hashtag #ismydadcoolerthanme. .
We think Brooklyn has definitely inherited the Beckham cool genes!
