Brad Pitt is no stranger to people gushing over his good looks – he’s arguably the most handsome movie star on the planet – but at Sunday night’s Golden Globes the actor set tongues wagging for not only how good he looked, but how youthful his face appeared to be.
While making an appearance on stage with his The Big Short co-star, Ryan Gosling, Mr Angelina Jolie’s chiselled jaw-line and lush head of hair made him appear decades younger than his actual age … 52!
The Twittersphere erupted following the pair’s funny skit – Gosling bantered that he was not happy to play seconded fiddle to Brad – and many remarked that Gosling and Pitt could have passed for classmates even though Ryan is just 35 and also a distinguished hunk.
Many social media pundits posted pictures of Brad in movies he made decades ago like Thelma and Louise and Meet Joe Black and said the star hadn’t aged at all.
American comedian Kumail Nanjiani nailed his assessment of the movie star when he tweeted: “Brad Pitt is actually Benjamin Buttoning.”
Now whether it’s thanks to good genetics or some sneaky cosmetic surgery the father-of-six isn’t the only Hollywood heavyweight to halt the ageing process.
