The fight onboard a private jet is said to have been the catalyst for Angelina Jolie filing for divorce.

According to TMZ, the law enforcement agency is declining to charge the Allied actor over the altercation as an investigation was never opened, due to their being “no case” for the star to answer.

The FBI is reportedly still taking the time to gather facts from the incident, but is reportedly not considering it an official investigation.

The FBI were reportedly investigating an altercation between Brad and Maddox.
