Blake Lively is getting ready to welcome baby number two into the world and she’s getting her friends over to celebrate.
According to E! News, the stunning actress hosted a special baby shower with some of her nearest and dearest in attendance.
Sources told the publication the celebration was held at the Bedford Post Inn in New York on August 27.
Her exclusive invite list, including BFF Taylor Swift, started arriving at the picturesque location at around 11:00am and enjoyed a 90-minute special event filled with love and laughter.

Blake has been universally praised for killing it in the maternity fashion stakes.
Reports say that once the party was over, many people didn’t want the gathering to end, so they went back to Blake and Ryan’s house to continue the festive occasion.
No photos of the event have been released, but as Blake has been top of the fashion charts when it comes to maternity outfits, we can only imagine her baby shower outfit would have been sheer perfection.

Both Blake and Ryan already adore being parents and can’t wait to bring their new bundle of joy into the world.
Ryan has previously confessed that his first daughter James was initially a handful, but that he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Guests retired to Blake and Ryan’s house to keep the party going.
“There have been times where I woke up, literally had no idea I had been walking for five minutes,” he told E! News.
“But you love it. You wake up in the middle of the night, you got a big stupid smile on your face. I was telling someone else that.
“Anything else that woke you up every 45 minutes and demanded to see your wife’s breasts, you’d kill it,” he continued.
“But when it’s a baby, it’s the best thing that ever happened to you.”
