Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna may have been on and off more times than we can count but, it appears that the relationship might be over for good this time.
ICYMI, Rob went on an epic social media rant against Chyna on July 5th posting nude photos of her and accusing his baby-mamma of cheating on him. He then went on to allege that she only had their daughter Dream to get back at her ex Tyga for dumping her for Rob’s sister Kylie Jenner.
But that was only the start of the drama. In fact, Chyna took Rob to court on Monday and successfully obtained a temporary restraining order against him.
Here’s everything we know about the court case so far:
The restraining order
Chyna has been granted a temporary restraining order against Rob.
The star was all smiles as she left the court on Monday after filing papers claiming that she was “terrified” of Rob and that he was abusive towards her.
However, the restraining order will be re-examined at the former couple’s next hearing in August.

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom said outside the court, “I am pleased to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian, restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos.”
Meanwhile, Rob’s lawyer, Robert Shapiro agreed to the temporary restraining order and offered an apology.
“I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologized and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days,” he said.
In an interview with ABC News Chyna responded to Rob’s actions last week.
“I was devastated, of course,” the mum-of-one mused.
“I’m like, how could somebody post these pictures of me? And this is a person that I trusted.”
She also revealed that neither Rob nor any of his famous family has reached out to her in the light of last week’s incident.
The alleged attack claims
Both Rob and Chyna have accused each other of assaulting one another during their toxic relationship.
Chyna claims in court documents that “on April 8, 2017, Rob Kardashian hit me on the side, knocking me down and leaving a bruise. I had difficulty walking after that. I went to my bedroom and locked the door. Rob was so out of control that he broke the hinges off my door.”
Meanwhile, Shapiro has claimed that the reality star has surveillance footage of Chyna physically attacking Rob too.
Sources told TMZ that the day Chyna moved out of the house she was sharing with Rob, she attempted to choke him with an iPhone cord, beat him with a metal rod and destroyed $46 000 worth of property.

In addition to the abuse claims, Chyna has also revealed that Rob made several suicide threats.
In a written statement provided with her request for a restraining order, Chyna stated that Rob, “threatened to kill himself multiple times in text messages since we broke up in December 2016, trying to manipulate me to respond to his outbursts.”
She added, “I take his threats seriously because he showed me his gun at his house.”
Along with what she claims is photographic evidence, Chyna said Rob texted her saying “‘Trust me I’m … About to be gone from life … U won’t have to worry about hearing from me again … On dreams life,’” the statement read.
“Another time Rob said, ‘I’m literally on the verge of killing myself and u couldn’t care less … Is that what it’s gonna take?’ ”.

What does this mean for baby Dream?
We know that Rob won’t be going near Chyna for the next month but what does this mean for their eight-month old daughter?
“They are both working together to do what’s in the best interest of the child,” Shapiro told reporters after the hearing.
While Chyna wants nothing to do with Rob it seems that she is committed to moving forward for the sake of their daughter.
“I’m just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream,” she revealed outside the court.
“This type of fight has happened between them before, and they will most likely reconcile later on for the sake of their daughter, Dream,” a source told E! News after the incident.
