Bindi Irwin has shared a sweet tribute for her late father, Steve Irwin, on what would have been his milestone 60th birthday.
The mother-of-one shared a throwback picture on Instagram from a day in the outback with her dad and a snake they found.
In her caption, she gushed over her father and vowed to keep his legacy alive through her daughter Grace Warrior by watching The Crocodile Hunter with her when she’s old enough and telling her about his incredible life.
“Happy Birthday to the greatest dad and Wildlife Warrior. Today I’ll watch ‘The Crocodile Hunter’ with Grace Warrior and share stories about her incredible Grandpa Crocodile. I love you with all my heart. Your legacy lives on,” she penned.
Bindi posted this throwback picture with her sweet message.

Her husband Chandler Powell posted a single red heart under her post to show his support.
Fans also shared their well wishes for the family in the 23-year-old’s comment section.

She also posted a sweet picture of Steve with his arm around Terri Irwin and an adorable shot from a professional shoot featuring Bindi cuddling her dad while he holds a giant wombat.

Last week, while on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed her new tattoo is a tribute to her daughter and father.
She explained that the piece positioned on her forearm features her daughter’s name in her dad’s handwriting.
Bindi got a tattoo to honour Grace and Steve.

“And so in her honour, I got graceful warrior tattooed on my arm with my dad’s writing so that my beautiful daughter and my dad could always be together and be with me.”
