The intimate ceremony took place on Long Island, with the singer’s spokeswoman revealing to People that the couple “surprised guests at their annual July 4th party by exchanging vows in front of their family and close friends.”
The ceremony was presided over by Billy’s long-time friend, New York governor, Andrew Cuomo , while his 29-year-old daughter, Alexa Ray was his new wife, Alexis’ bridesmaid.

The happy bride shared a stunning snap with Alexa from her big day, captioning it, “I am so blessed to have this beautiful woman as my love’s daughter, my best friend and the big sister to our new baby!”
Billy’s former wife and mum to Alexa, Christie Brinkley took to Instagram to share her congratulations to the married couple.
