The stunning singer owned the red carpet in a white, floor-length Michael Costello gown but it was her accessories that stole the show.
Draped in $10 million dollars-worth of bling from jewellery designer Lorraine Schwartz, Beyonce teamed her 18 carat engagement rock with sparkling diamond cocktail rings, chandelier earrings and a gorgeous ruby stone.
The curvaceous singer only parted with her prized-jewels briefly to take to the stage with her music producer hubbie Jay-Z, to perform her hit single Drunk in Love.
