Georgia Engel sadly passed away, aged 70, on Friday 12th of April in Princeton, New Jersey.
The late actress was most known for her roles as Georgette Franklin on The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Pat MacDougall on Everybody Loves Raymond, both of which scored her Emmy nominations.
Her extensive career also included roles in shows such as Mork & Mindy, The Betty White Show, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, and Hot In Cleveland.
The actress most recently appeared in Netflix series One Day At A Time.

Georgia’s close friend and frequent co-star Betty White has shared a touching tribute on Instagram.
The actress shared a photo of herself and Georgia, snuggling with a large brown bear.
“‘Friends Forever’ says it all,” Betty captioned the sweet picture.
Betty isn’t the only star to pay tribute to the late actress.
Hollywood heavyweight Lin Manuel Miranda wrote that the world is “grateful for what she gave us.”
Georgia’s Everybody Loves Raymond co-star Patricia Heaton called her an “angel.”
