Bernard Tomic arrested in Miami after throwing a wild party at his hotel

Australian tennis champ Bernard Tomic has reportedly resisted arrest after he refused to turn down the music at a party he with throwing in a Miami hotel.

According to the Miami Beach police, Bernard was “aggressive and belligerent,” after hotel security responded to noise complaints at the W Hotel on Wednesday evening.

After the 22-year-old refused to lower the volume of the music, Police asked him to leave but the tennis star did not comply before he was arrested.

A representative from the police department reported that the offenses the German born Aussie committed could lead to jail time.

It was alleged that Bernard was told on three separate occasions to lower the music and according to the authorities he, “pointed his finger aggressively towards the hotel security officers and continued to play loud music,” which provoked them to involve the police.

Reportedly, partygoers evacuated the room when cops arrived but the US Open winner refused to leave the penthouse suite.

As a result he was arrested on a misdemeanour thanks to resisting arrest.

This is yet another incident in a string a bad behaviour occurrences for Bernard, in 2013 he lost is license for being caught speeding multiple times and he has also been investigated for his involvement in a Gold Coast brawl.

Famously, when Police arrived at the scene of the fight, the Tennis pro turned on officers and reminded them of “who he was.”
