We’ve all loved sticky-beaking inside the Prahran home that Rebecca Judd has been renovating. The mum-of-four has been remodelling the four-level townhouse as part of her hit online home decorating series.
Now that four-bedroom/three-bathroom property has been listed by the Judds for auction – and the couple are hoping to attract about $1.9 million, with all proceeds going to a drug rehabilitation charity based in Pakenham called Windana.
Here are some of the photos of the property listed by McGrath.
Bec Judd’s legion of fans have been watching the Prahran rennos on the rebeccajuddloves.com blog, in season three of her hit online home series The Style School.
And everything you see in the four-level property, you get, apparently, with all artwork, linen, cushions, throws and furniture thrown in.
“It’s literally walk up and start living the Prahran lifestyle with the utmost style … it’s definitely got a rock star sort of X factor to it,” McGrath agent Michael Townsend told The Herald Sun.
The beautifully styled property, at 29 Hinton Street, Prahran, can be viewed on realestate.com.au. The auction is December 4.
