An ice cream emoji has been strategically placed on his crotch to protect his modesty.
Accompanying the racy pic, Rhys penned a heartfelt note about finding inner confidence and looking after his body.
“30 years ago today I took my first breaths after escaping the mothership… today I present to you my B’day suit!” Rhys began.
“Say what you want but I’m very comfortable with who I am and nothing the haters can say will bother me. Truly knowing yourself is the first step to a blissful life.
“I appreciate good people and quickly forget those unworthy ones. I’m lookin forward to showing you what a 30 yr old can do with good diet, supps and hard work.”
Since leaving the dating show, the Brisbane local has forged a friendship with Bachelor couple Tiffany and Megan over social media.
After weeks of joking about a potential hook-up with the ladies, who have been dating since falling for one another on this year’s Bachelor, Rhy finally met them at the Maxim Hottest 100 last week.
“Was so good to party with the bachy crew and meet these lovely ladies,” Rhys mused of their meeting.
