After just 10 months of marriage, The Hills star Audrina Patridge has called it quits with Aussie BMX rider Corey Bohan, citing emotional and physical abuse.

“Audrina’s number one priority is her daughter right now. She just needs privacy at this time,” a rep for Audrina confirmed.

A source close to the couple – who share 14-month-old daughter Kirra together – told US Weekly: “Their relationship has been tumultuous from the beginning. They have a kid together and wanted to make it work for her.”

The split news came after it was revealed Audrina successfully filed a temporary restraining order against Corey after alleging that he had been “emotionally abusive,” TMZ reports.

“[Corey] has become increasingly possessive, angry, agitated and jealous of my work and travel schedule,” Patridge, 32, claims in court documents.

And, in another incident on September 6, the documents claim that Corey was at home watching their daughter one evening when Audrina arrived home and he began harassing her and calling her names.

Audrina alleges that she took her daughter upstairs but Corey followed them and then started to tell her how “f***ed up” she was.

“At that point I started recording what he was saying to me on my phone, and he then said he was waiting for me to ‘grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce,'” she claims in the documents.

Corey is yet to address the allegations, but a source told US Weekly “Corey is denying everything. They are not living together right now.”
