Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s children are growing up fast!
The Hollywood power couple’s youngest kids, twins Vivienne and Knox, celebrated their 7th birthday this week and while we are sure their mum and dad could have thrown them a whopping bash, the down to earth duo opted to celebrate the milestone in subdued style; an ice skating party with close friends instead.
The twins, who were born July 12 2008 in Nice, France, were spotted with some warm clothes on as their parents treated them and the rest of their famous family to a little winter wonderland to avoid the LA heat on Tuesday afternoon.
“Everyone skated for about two hours and they tried out special bumper cars on the ice,” a source reportedly told Us Weekly. “They were spinning around getting dizzy and had a blast. Some of the kids were holding hands as they skated and it was really sweet.”
While Viv might be just a child, she’s got the makings to be a veteran film actress having starred in Angelina’s 2014 film Maleficent as young Princess Aurora.
“It had to be Viv,” Angelina told Entertainment Weekly of her youngest daughter landing the part. “The other three and four-year-old (actors) wouldn’t come near me. It had to be a child that liked me and wasn’t afraid of my horns and my eyes and my claws… When Pax saw me for the first time, he ran away and got upset.”
Angelina also hinted to E! that she wouldn’t be surprised if her daughter ends up an actress saying she adores trailing her mum around the house.
“She’s always that kid, she’s that little girl,” the Oscar winner said last year. “We call her my shadow at home… The other kids are starting to get a little irritated about it!”
It seems like just yesterday Angelina and Brad were gushing on the red carpet about the impending birth of the twins.
