When it comes to being faithful to her partner, Angelina Jolie doesn’t seem to be too much of a fan.
The 34-year-old actress opened up to German magazine Das Neue, revealing that she doesn’t believe in fidelity being important in relationships.
“I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards,” the mother of six said.
“Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other.”
The star also added that her relationship with Brad Pitt was rocky at times.
“The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to see that he’s wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that I tear his shirt.”
The pair sparked a relationship while on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith in 2004 at the same time Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston.
However, Angelina has strongly denied in previous interviews that she had an affair with a married man.
“To be intimate with a married man, when my own father cheated on my mother, is not something I could forgive. I could not look at myself in the morning, if I did that,” she said.
