Amy Schumer has landed on the best book title ever: The Girl With The Lower Back Tattoo.
The title – or working title, since it may still change – was revealed in an article in Entertainment Weekly, which says Amy will be paid $8 million for her memoir.
Simon & Schuster has won the rights to publish the book.
Amy courted controversy in Australia earlier this year, with some media outlets complaining that she was prickly.
However, her stand-up show was sold-out, and her movie, Trainwreck, was a hit in the US.
The book is probably going to be short chapters on weird and wonderful incidents in Amy’s life to date.
She’s the granddaughter of a Manhattan bootlegger whose parents split when she was still in school, forcing the previously wealthy family into poverty.
