It’s official! Cameron Diaz is a married woman! The beautiful blonde married her beau of just nine months in a backyard ceremony at her Beverly Hills home surrounded by their celebrity family and friends.
While the pair only became engaged in December, they had been planning their big day for some time.
The star studded ceremony took place on a stage set up in a huge marquee surrounded by white flowers, which was organised by celebrity wedding planner Yifat Oren US Weekly reports.
Cameron was a vision in a white low-cut back gown which was adorned with sparkle as she entered the ceremony to “Stardust” by Nat King Cole.
Her bridesmaids, close pal and Charlie’s Angels costar Drew Barrymore, sister Chimene and assistant Jesse Lutz, wore black dresses and carried white flowers.
During the heartfelt Jewish ceremony the pair were given seven blessings as they shared their vows to one another.
While the pair were excited about their big day, it seems Benji was a bit nervous and when it was time to exchange rings he accidentally dropped his, sending their 100 plus guests into laughter.
The ceremony was finalised with the Jewish tradition of stepping on and breaking a glass as the crowd shouted, “Mazel Tov!”
Following the ceremony, the pair had 30 minutes alone together in a private room as per Jewish tradition.
When it was time to party, Ryan Adams and Lionel Richie gave surprise performances before a DJ got the star studded crowd to the dancefloor. Lionel is of course the father of Cameron’s good pal Nicole Richie who reportedly set the pair up.
The pair’s guests included Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Samantha Ronson, Toni Collette and Robin Antin.
Before the newlyweds cut their cake, Cameron changed outfits into a short sleeved embellished gown.
Once all of their guests left the lavish affair, the couple spent their first night as man and wife at their home.
