The Spanish-born beauty broke the exciting news on Instagram by posting an up-close shot of her son’s minuscule hand intertwined with hers.
“We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin,” the 31-year-old penned.
Alec was quick to re-tweet his wife of nearly two years’ message.
This is the second child for the couple, who are also the proud parents to 22-month-old daughter Carmen.
Alec’s oldest child Ireland Baldwin, 19, who he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger, also re-posted the birth announcement on Twitter.
Ahead of Rafael’s arrival, 57-year-old Alec admitted he was stoked to be expanding his family.

“'[I’m] blessed, very blessed. We’re having the baby and that’s almost surreal to me,” the New York local gushed during an appearance on Extra.
“We’re really excited to have another baby! We definitely wanted Carmen to have a sibling near her age. She already has Ireland,” Hilaria added.
Welcome to the world, Rafael! We can’t wait to meet you.
