Adele’s surprising weight loss method

It had nothing to do with hours in the gym or counting calories

When Adele made her return to the music industry a few months back, she also revealed her slimmer figure.

However, it wasn’t due to crazy hours in the gym that helped her drop the kilos; it all had to do with tea!

The 27-year-old revealed, “I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day,” she told The Sun.

She’s admitted that lessening her sugar intake has left her with “more energy than ever.”

Adele – who welcomed her three-year-old son Angelo in 2012 – has also recently revealed that she would never “deprive” herself of the odd treat and has no plans “to be a size zero or anything like that.”

“I’m not, like, skipping to the f**king gym. I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror,” she told Rolling Stone Magazine.

“Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I’m so conscious when I’m lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don’t tour, you’ll catch me back down at the Chinese!’
