The Aussie actress stepped out with a friend on Thursday to enjoy an al fresco lunch and a glass of wine under the sun.
Wearing a wide smile as her best accessory, the brunette beauty looked positively radiant as the caught some rays in a black dress and oversized sunglasses.
However, eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that the glittering rock that has sat atop her ring finger for nine years was missing.

The mother-of-one uploaded the telling photo to her Instagram account along with the caption: “We finally did it @vrichards7 thanks for a lovely lunch. And a big thank u to @thegreensnorthsydney for all their hospitality.”
Although the mother-of-one has seemingly been dodging reports that she and her husband Chrys Xipolitas have indeed split, the absence of her wedding ring is a telling sign.
Earlier this month, Woman’s Day exclusively revealed that the couple called it quits around the nine-year mark, with the grief attached to losing a second son to stillbirth, eight months into her second pregnancy as the catalyst.
Ada was her own date to the Sydney premiere of Fiddler On The Roof this week.
“It’s definitely over,” said our source, adding that the couple tellingly didn’t celebrate their nine-year anniversary last week.
“Normally it’s something they do every year,” the insider says.
A second independent source confirmed to Woman’s Day that the couple has sadly chosen to end their union.
Rumours of a marital split first surfaced earlier this year when 38-year-old Ada headed off on a P&O Cruise with her mother, leaving behind her restaurateur husband, with whom she shares three-year-old son Johnas.
Ada and Chrys’ social media is filled with their son Johnas, but no recent pics of each other.
Ada and her mum took a relaxing holiday together following her tough year.
For months Ada had been determined not to let the world see her heartache, hiding the fact that she split from her restaurateur husband Chrys Xipolitas back in November when he moved out of their family home.
When the word got out however, a close family friend said that both are “relieved” that their breakup was finally out in the open, after neither wanted to admit that it was over.
“It all started going wrong around the one-year anniversary of Harrison’s passing in August,” explained a close family friend to Woman’s Day.
“Chrys went into a Sydney clinic for six weeks because he hadn’t dealt with Harrison’s death properly. He has a history of depression and anxiety and losing a child was really tough on both of them.”
Ada has spoken publicly about her struggle to cope with their tragic loss and the affect it had on their marriage. “We will never be the same people we were,” she said last year. “I just feel I can never be completely happy again because this has happened.”
