If you were consoling yourself with the thought that Kate Hudson must spend hours on end in the gym to look this good, you’re not going to like what we’re about to tell you.
She’s revealed that, in fact, that not a whole lot of work goes in to making Kate Hudson look like Kate Hudson – and that anyone has time for her workouts.
In an interview with Allure magazine, she dismissed long work outs and gruelling gym classes by saying that the key to working out is “brain chemistry”.
“People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that’s bulls**t,” said the mum-of-two. “If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you’re going to see changes.”
The 36-year-old divulged her secret for her amazing body – sprinting up hills!
“Like, I’ve had days where I have the kids—Ryder’s on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller—and I will run and sprint up hills,” said the LA native. “I do things that people would think look completely insane,” she continued, in reference to her other exercise obsession: killing time during plane rides by doing yoga.
