Nothing was off limits when Vogue US went to visit songtress, Taylor Swift in her Beverly Hills home – which was absolutely stunning, mind you.
The Bad Blood singer didn’t hold anything back when answering 73 candid questions on everything from her insecurities and feelings of being “slut-shamed” in her ’20s, to her girl squad, her guilty pleasure food and, of course, her cats!

1. T-Swizzle’s dream diet would be made up of endless chicken tenders
When asked what her favourite food is, the singer admits, “I mean if we’re saying, like, what I wish I could eat everyday if calories didn’t count is, like, chicken tenders.” She also revealed that her favourite cocktail is a “vodka, diet coke”, and that should you ever do a Maccas run with the star, you can expect her to order a “cheeseburger, fries [and a] chocolate shake.”
2. Taylor’s friends are extremely loyal
When asked what surprises her most about people, Tay replied, “I’m pleasantly surprised by the fact that I tell my friends absolutely everything and it never ends up getting out.” Of course, Taylor was referring to her Bad Blood squad of gal pals, including Selena Gomez, Lorde, Lily Aldridge and Karlie Kloss.

3. Her boyfriend, Calvin Harris, is an incredible present giver
The best gift the star has ever received was an olive tree, given to her by her musician partner. “My boyfriend planted an olive tree in my yard for Christmas,” Tay confessed.
4. She has some powerful words to say to her younger self
“If I could talk to myself at 19, I would say, ‘Hey, you’re gonna date just like a normal 20-something should be allowed to, but you’re going to be a national lightning rod for slut-shaming,’” the triple-threat said regarding the relentless media scrutiny she faced in her ’20s on her dating life.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot a tiny picture of Calvin and Taylor in a small frame attached to the sink pipe in her kitchen.
5. The Pennsylvania-born starlet has a hidden nickname
We’re used to calling her T-Swizzle, Swifty, Tay and so on, but her brother Austin has a very near and dear nickname for his big sister. “My brother calls me Taffy!” the star quipped.
6. Taylor is just as obsessed with cats as we expected
Within the almost 10-minute clip, the blonde beauty guided the camera into a formal sitting room where multiple kitten knick-knacks could be seen atop the shelves. “Probably more than 10 and I don’t know if you’re counting the one that’s alive down there,” she replied when asked how many cats were in the room. She also managed to name 8 different cat breeds in 10 seconds!

7. Her style icon is Blake Lively
The musician takes fashion inspiration from the stunning, Gossip Girl actress, Blake Lively and would happily raid her closet given the chance.
8. Her favourite TV show and movie is also ours
“Friends!” Tay quipped when asked what television show she likes best. And her favourite film? “Love Actually”.

9. The Iconic singer didn’t always want to make music
At age five, Taylor admitted that she wanted to take after her father and be a “stock broker”. “I did not know what a stock broker was, yet I walked around telling people I wanted to be stock broker when I grow up,” she said.
10. Taylor wants to become a doctor!
Touching on her next goal, the Blank Space hitmaker explained that she “really [wants] an honorary doctorate degree because Ed Sheeran has one and I feel like he looks down on me now because I don’t have one.”
