It’s hard to believe that the little boy who appeared in 226 episodes of Two and a Half Men has finally grown up!
Angus T Jones stepped out in California recently, sporting a beard and longer hair, looking almost unrecognisable.
“He seemed to be a little uncomfortable with the attention, but was very nice,” an onlooker told Entertainment Tonight.
“He said he has not spoken to Charlie Sheen [who revealed he’s HIV positive in November] and does not know how he is doing.”
Jones, who appeared in 10 seasons of the show, was reportedly making $418 000 AUD per episode at one point.
He was written out of the show in Season 10 following a rant about the programme’s morality.
He appealed to fans to stop watching the show after following the teachings of ForeRunner Chronicles, an independent Christian ministry.
In a video posted on YouTube in November 2012, Angus said, “If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men. I’m on Two and a Half Men and I don’t want to be on it. Please stop watching it. Please stop filling your head with filth.”
“A lot of people don’t like to think about how deceptive the enemy is. There’s no playing around when it comes to eternity… People will see us and be like, ‘I can be a Christian and be on a show like Two and a Half Men.’”
“You can’t. You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can’t.”
‘I’m not okay with what I’m learning [about] what the Bible says and being on that television show. You go all or nothing.’
Following the rant, his character Jake was written out of the show by being sent to Japan to work in the army.
