Musician Dave Galafassi sure has a type! The former Gelbison rocker, who split from wife Toni Collette in December 2022, has seemingly moved on with another Aussie actress – Claudia Karvan.
The pair were spotted enjoying a surf – and some smooches – at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
“Is it just me or do Toni Collette and Claudia Karvan look alike?” asked one fan.
(Image: Supplied)“They arrived together and left together,” says an onlooker of the pair. “They just seemed really happy together and weren’t bothered by anyone seeing them.”
Claudia’s a long-time fan of catching a wave. In 2018, she was also snapped surfing – with fellow actor and friend Joel Edgerton.
Meanwhile, Dave and the last woman he was linked to – Sydney chiropractor Shannon Egan – were also photographed enjoying
a swim at another Sydney beach last December.
A love of hitting the waves isn’t the only thing the pair have in common. They’re both single parents of two, too!
Toni and Dave were married for 20 years.

When the drummer and Oscar winner called it quits, they made it clear that their “kids are of paramount importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit a different shape”.
