When Khloe Kardashian broke the internet in 2021 when she posted a selfie showing off her unreal beauty transformation, plenty of people were quick to credit plastic surgery.
It was a frustrating blow for the star after years of being called the “ugly” sister, something the 37-year-old says really knocked her confidence.
But Khloe has been fighting surgery rumours for almost a decade now, many of them stemming from the incredible way her features have changed over the years.

In 2015, she made a bold statement with a blog post titled My Face Is Filler-Free B–ches, where she insided she’d never had fillers or plastic surgery.
The reality star insisted laser treatment and clever makeup application were behind her ever-changing beauty looks, and she’s stuck to that story ever since.
Aside from admitting to a nose job, which she opened up about Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion in 2021, the star says she’s all natural.
But some fans and critics alike simply aren’t convinced. They claim the star’s transformation over the years is a result of everything from lip fillers, to botox and jaw surgery.
So what’s the truth? “For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job’,” Khloe said in 2021.
The star maintains she’s had no surgeries on her body and the few times she’s had botox in her face she “responded horribly” to the treatment.

It was all about beach vibes in 2013.
Khloe’s look started changing a bit in 2014, when she and her sisters were becoming more famous than ever.
Photos from 2015 showed Khloe’s nose looking much slimmer, the star later revealing she underwent a nose job.
She went edgy in 2016 and her lips were looking a lot fuller, sparking rumours she’d had a spot of filler.
In 2017 Khloe went for a sleeker look, seemingly drawing inspiration from sister Kim.
Khloe’s lips looked different again in 2018, when she embraced the bronzer once again.
And in 2019 she went platinum blonde.
2020 saw the star looking different again after a dramatic slim-down.
Over on Instagram she was looking more like Kim than ever before!
It wasn’t until 2021 that Khloe’s appearance made headlines again, with some fans claiming the star had undergone plastic surgery – claims she totally denies.
Her lips looked plumper than ever in this selfie with daughter True on Instagram.
Meanwhile her face was looking “snatched” according to Instagram commenters, who noticed her high cheekbones, narrow chin and lifted brows.
And by 2022 she was looking slimmer again, her jaw and chin looking markedly more narrow than it did in her 20s.
