After weeks of speculation and break up rumours, Woman’s Day can reveal history has repeated itself once more for Sophie Monk – with insiders confirming she and Stu Laundy have been forced to draw a line under their relationship once and for all.
Friends say the pub mogul, 45, was sick and tired of playing second fiddle to Sophie, 37, so much so that he decided to end the relationship.
Now Woman’s Day has learned he’s been relentlessly pursuing another woman already.
“Stu couldn’t cope with the fact no-one was really interested in him,” our source says. “He found it a big blow to his ego.”
As is the case with all Bachelor and Bachelorette winners, it’s believed the pair signed a three to six month contract to remain together after the show.
However, given heartbroken Sophie’s high profile and the ongoing speculation about her and Stu, it’s believed her manager is now negotiating a way for her to exit the contract early and officially announce their split sooner rather than later.
While Sophie turns to friends and family for support at this tough time, our source says the dad of four has wasted no time in moving on – and has been flirting up a storm with a number of women, including TV personality Jo Casamento.

Stu met Jo, 43, during an interview and the pair hit it off – just a few days before he made his play for Sophie on The Bachelorette Australia, and at the time he seemed eager to strike up a relationship, even though he was committed to finding love with Sophie.
“It would be fair to say we had a lot in common and we hit it off,” confirms Jo, who initially tried to downplay the rumours of Stu’s interest in her when contacted by Woman’s Day.
