The contents of Shane Warne’s will have been released, with the fortunes the late cricket legend amassed over his decades long cricketing and commentating careers going to his three children; Jackson, Brooke and Summer.

The Daily Mail has reported that 93 per cent of his $20.7million fortune will be split equally between his three children with each receiving 31 per cent of Shane’s worth.

Warne’s brother Jason will collect two per cent of the remaining seven percent, and his children, Shane’s nephew and niece Sebastian and Tyla, will get two and a half per cent each.

Included in Shane’s listed assets is a $6.5 million seaside home in Melbourne, a $350,000 Mercedes Benz, $2.6 million worth of personal belongings and a $12,000 jetski.

Shane requested via his will that his vechile collection, including a BMW, the Mercedes Benz and a Yamaha motorbike go to his 23 year old son, Jackson.

In a move that could be considered surprising by some, was Shane’s exclusion of four people in the will, all of whom played a big part in his life.

Warne’s ex wife, Simone Callahan, to whom he was married to for 15 years, and had his three children with, was not listed in the will.

Actress Elizabeth Hurley, who Warne was once engaged to, will also not be receiving anything from Warne’s estate.

Shane’s parents, Keith and Brigitte, of whom he was very close with, were also not listed as benefiters in the will.

The final version of Shane’s will was dated December 3, 2021, which was three months prior to his death in Thailand on March 4, 2022.

Warne passed aged 52, having suffered a heart attack.

This week the will was granted probate, meaning the beneficiaries (his children, brother and niece and nephew) can now receive their portions of the estate.
