The new Project host Sarah Harris has confessed intimate details behind her โgut-wrenchingโ divorce from Tom Ward, her husband of six years and the struggles of co-parenting.
Sarah has undoubtedly gone through a whirlwind since announcing her split in March 2021.

Sarah Harris will be the next host of The Project.

โIt will probably look a bit different, but weโre always going to be a family and weโre always going to be connected by these two little people.โ
The new family dynamic has been adjustment for Sarahโs two young children Paul, 6, and Harry,4. However the host revealed she is determined to set a better example after not having a relationship with her own father.
โIโm so proud of how resilient theyโve been and how they know theyโve got two parents who absolutely love them more than anyone or anything else on the planet,โ she said.
โItโs been good to keep that focus.โ
Despite such hardships, Sarahโs recently announced position at The Project could be a fresh start.
โI did not see this coming,โ Sarah revealed to Stellar.
โAnd Iโm still trying to wrap my head around it. Itโs such an incredible opportunity to step into some pretty huge shoes and be part of The Projectโs next chapter.

Sarah is sad to be leaving Studio 10!
(Image: Instagram)โI canโt wait to learn more, and have some fun with Waleed and the team. This is one of the biggest jobs in TV, and feels like a once-in-a-lifetime gig.โ
However, in accepting the new job Sarah steps away from her position at Studio 10 where she hosted for 13 years. Sarah said the program will always feel like โfamily.โ
โItโs tinged with a bit of sadness. Because I now step away from a show thatโs been my baby for the better part of a decade,โ she said.
โBut the little show that could is still humming along and has some big plans for 2023, as well. And weโll always be family.โ
