“Transforming our smelly cat room into a baby room,” Sam began the video.

“Bec’s (his partner) dad arrived with his tools. And I arrive with mine. Time to become Bunnings bros. We both speak fluent Bunnings.”

The Bunnings bros then made the journey to, you guessed it, Bunnings… where Sam claimed the team members were “in awe” of his hardware.

Friends first, Sam and Bec eventually fell in love.

“Then a life affirming moment. Phil (Bec’s dad) allowed me to paint for eight seconds before crushing my dreams and telling me everything I was doing wrong. He said my skills were best suited to other areas.”

After four days of hard work, the transformation from a cat room to a nursery was complete.
