Sam Frost didn’t let the winter blues get in the way of having a good time as she took a surf lesson from long-time boyfriend Dave Bashford.
The former Bachelorette was first spotted with Dave on Australia Day last year and since then, the two have become very close.
“I feel really blessed to have a friendship that has turned into something more.”
