Proving that fact once again, the gorgeous Home And Away actress has been announced as the face of Women’s Health Germany’s latest magazine cover.

Sam shared the news on Instagram this morning and was understandably excited about the stunning shoot.

“Wow weeee what an honour to be on the cover of this month’s issue!!” she wrote.

The former Bachelorette-turned actress looks as fit as ever in 80s-esque mismatched workout gear.

But in true Sam style, the star followed the glamorous shot up with something a little more realistic.

At home in a slouchy jumper, track pants and socks, Sam shared a photo of her current outfit (just a tad different to her cover style) and a hilarious caption of her dad’s commentary.

Sam’s dad tells it like it is apparently.

During a recent interview with TV WEEK, the star opened up about her mental health struggles and the need the “stay true to myself.”

“Throughout most of my twenties, I thought I was a screw up. I felt like my mind was playing tricks on me and it made me less of a person,” she revealed.

Sam and her sister started a charity to raise awareness around mental health.

Moving from the reality TV sphere to the sunny set of Summer Bay, Sam says she’s grown and is now more comfortable in her own skin.

“I’m an absolute idiot [laughs], but I like to think it’s in the best way. I’m really comfortable with who I am now at 31,” Sam said.

“It’s [anxiety and depression] still something I’m trying to figure it out. It’s always changing depending on where you’re at.

“I keep certain things private and when I’m working through things, I deal with it and only share what I need too. But I always stay true to myself in the public eye and privately, as well.”
