Ricki-Lee’s triumph: How she kept 30-kilograms off… for 6 years!

She’s won a legion of fans for her honest demeanour and when Ricki-Lee Coulter recently took to social media to admit, “I’m not one of those girls who’s naturally thin and can eat whatever I want” she was yet again praised for her frankness.

And now, in the latest issue of Woman’s Day, on stands today, we unearth how the 29-year-old has shed a whopping 30-kilograms and kept it off for six years.

As the former Australian Idol star gears up to marry personal trainer Richard Harrison, she has vouched to be a “hot bride” but without sacrificing the things she loves or cutting out entire food groups.

Then and now! The singer shows off a fuller frame in 2004 but these days is noticeably slimmer.

“I plan my cheat meals and work hard to earn them and I savour every mouthful,” the singer, who hits the gym six days a week to ensure she can treat herself, reveals.

Ricki’s day on a plate shows a plethora of meals – from the more naughty delicacies like pancakes and pizza to healthy salads and snacks. For Ricki, it’s all about balance.

And the results are easy to see with the Come And Get It hitmaker shrinking from a size 14 to a petite size 8.
