As the former Australian Idol star gears up to marry personal trainer Richard Harrison, she has vouched to be a “hot bride” but without sacrificing the things she loves or cutting out entire food groups.
“I plan my cheat meals and work hard to earn them and I savour every mouthful,” the singer, who hits the gym six days a week to ensure she can treat herself, reveals.
