While Nicole Kidman had ample back up in the form of a very swish Keith Urban at the 2018 ARIA Awards, it seems another very special guest sealed the deal.
Indeed, the Hollywood actress was accompanied by her stunning niece Lucia Hawley at the glamorous event, and it was clear the two are thick as thieves.
But there was one thing we couldn’t help but notice about the pair…

With every fleeting glimpse we get of the 20-year-old, her resemblance to mum Antonia Kidman and her Oscar winning Aunty is becoming more and more uncanny.
Nicole and Lucia looked quite the pairing as they took to the red carpet, with the brunette’s black gown with lace trimmings in perfect contrast to Kidman’s cream coloured ensemble.
And the closeness between the pair was well and truly apparent, with Nicole sharing a sweet snap of the pair on her Instagram before they left for the event.
She captioned the pic: “Going to the #ARIAs with my niece, we’re so excited to see Keith hosting!”

And when it comes to Lucia’s mum, the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree. The pair were pictured together on a red carpet in 2015, and it was more like looking at sisters than a mother-and-daughter combo!

There’s no doubt the family are a tight bunch, especially following the tragic loss of Lucia’s father Angus Hawley in 2015.
The brunette opened up to the Daily Telegraph about the difficult time earlier this year, saying: “The loss was excruciating. At 16 years old, processing this was tough.”
Her grandfather, psychologist Antony Kidman, also passed away not long before Angus, and the experience had left her “traumatised”.
“He was always searching for a way to make people’s lives easier, especially those who are struggling,” Lucia said of her Grandfather.

Nicole and Keith were also all smiles on the red carpet as proud Nicole supported her husband who was host for the evening.
Keith revealed he was feeling a touch nervous ahead of the gig, telling The Daily Telegraph: “I’m nervous… And then I think ‘Ah, it’s the ARIAs, everyone will be hammered by the first song.”
And it looks like the Kidmans will be hanging around for a while yet as it was revealed the family will have a very Aussie Christmas.
Speaking to news.com.au, the Oscar winner whose family is based in Nashville in the States said, “We go back to Sydney all the time. My mother lives there and as my sister lives in Singapore, my mumma needs us to go back regularly because she has two daughters.”
