Our Aussie golden girl has thrown her maiden name out the window and taken husband Tom Ackerley’s last name, now going by Margot Ackerley.
The news of her name emerged while she made a hush-hush trip to Melbourne.
The 2018 Academy Award nominee was back on homegrown soil for a friend’s wedding, when the Daily Telegraph noted her name card read “Mrs Tom Ackerley”.
She may have been a hop, skip, jump away from Ramsay street but the 27-year-old was a far cry from her Neighbours persona Donna Freedman.
Tom shared two snaps with his Hollywood beauty on Instagram, and the pair looked mighty fine.

While Tom scrubbed up in a form fitting tux, Margot stole the show in a vibrant $2,377 metallic red gown by The Vampire’s Wife.
The pair secretly tied the knot in Byron Bay back in December 2016.
After their whirlwind wedding, professionally the actress continued to go by Margot Robbie, but we now know that with loved ones she’s Margot Ackerley…
And that has a pretty nice ring to it!
