Married At First Sight fans were sent into a frenzy earlier this week as speculation swirled that golden couple Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant were expecting a bundle of joy.
As the loved-up pair stepped out at the Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw premiere in Sydney on Wednesday night, they sparked pregnancy rumours when Cam was pictured with his hand hovering near Jules’ stomach.
But now, the stunning redhead has set the record straight, while speaking exclusively to Woman’s Day.
“No I am not [pregnant],” Jules confirmed. “It’s just the photos, Cam isn’t even touching me [in them].”
While the pitter patter of tiny feet isn’t on its way just yet, the loved-up pair previously gushed about one another to Woman’s Day and revealed their desire to start a family.
“We’re absolutely in love… that’s what this whole journey has been about,” Cam revealed.
“I’m in a really good place in my life… but I’m just missing a family.”
The pair already “adopted” two plants – which they named Gemma and Harrison – during filming in order get a jump start on their parenting practise.
And, it appears they’ve been busy gearing up for the real thing.
Jules even revealed there could potentially be double trouble on the way in the future.
“Funnily enough, our parents have told us we’re having twins,” Jules confessed.
“Apparently I’m genetically destined to have them. It skips a generation and it’s landed on us. But this is really strange… two clairvoyants have told me I’m having twins, as well. Cam has the names picked out already.”
However, the cricketer was keeping tight-lipped about the names he’s narrowed down.
“I’m not giving them up just yet – they’re going to stay a secret,” Cam said, adding that being a dad was a high priority for him.
“Being matched with someone who didn’t want kids would have been a complete deal- breaker for me. I’m ready to start a family.”
