Madonna is set to lose custody of her son Rocco Ritchie as the pair reached a settlement for the 16-year-old to live with his dad in London.

The pair reportedly reached the agreement hours before they were due to appear in court.

The 47-year-old film director had been seeking for Rocco to remain with him, and cement their current living arrangement.

Guy looked serious as he arrived for negotiations.

Page Six reported, “The case is settled and everyone agrees that Rocco’s needs changed and he’s going to be living with Dad.

“Everyone’s agreed to that and there’s no further need for any kind of a court case.”

Madonna agreed to the arrangement even though she was seeking custody for herself.

Rocco had originally been living with mum Madonna, but fled his mum’s Rebel Heart tour after a disagreement in 2015.

The teen spent Christmas with Guy and his wife Jacqui Ainsley.

He refused to return to the US.

The pair entered into the dispute when Rocco abandoned Madonna’s Rebel Heart tour.

The pair later reconciled but Rocco still wished to live in London.
