Beloved Home and Away star Lynne McGranger had a terrifying fall in mid-September which left her “shaken up” and scrapes on her face. But a few days after the incident, Lynne appears to be on the mend.
At the time, Lynne took to Instagram to show a before and after picture of her fall. Warning, it looks painful.
“One minute walking your daughter and son in laws dog with your MOG (mother of the groom),” she captioned the picture.
“Nek minit you’ve face planted the road.”
Lynne then wrote in the comments, “I must have been shaken up. I made punctuation mistakes.”
Her son-in-law’s mum was quick to explain she had nothing to do with the incident.
“And I promise I didn’t trip or push her. Poor love, it wasn’t a good sight,” she wrote.
Numerous fans and friends flooded the comment section, hoping the star was recovering well following the injury.
“Aww Lynny ❤️❤️❤️ hope you’re all good!” Tahnee Sims wrote.
Former Home and Away actress, Sarah Roberts commented: “Oh gosh Lynnie!!!! Sending love – I was hoping that was on set makeup 😮 xx”.
“Ouch! Be careful and take care ❤️,” a fan wrote.
Another posted: “Oh Lynne …. Hope you’re ok x sending lots of love.”
On September 19, Lynne shared an update to fans on Instagram. However, it is difficult to tell the extent of which her injuries have healed as she donned make up for Home and Away.
“Just about resuming normal (face) transmission,” she wrote before thanking her makeup artist.
Meanwhile, a fan highlighted it was fortunate Lynne didn’t experience the scary fall before her daughter, Clancy’s big day!
On August 26, Clancy exchanged vows with her longtime partner Luke Dickson. The mother of the bride looked like a vision in her purple suit.
“What a perfect, magical day it was. Our beautiful daughter @clancy.movement married her love, our handsome son in law @_luked,” she captioned the collection of heartwarming photos from the special day.
“Surrounded our family and Luke’s family and all our close friends we witnessed the gorgeous marriage of Luke and Clancy. We laughed, we ate, we drank , we danced and we partied – all in celebration of the 2 gorgeous newlyweds.
“Our hearts are full.”
