The 29-year-old, a well-known Argentinian actress and model, made the first public comments during a press conference in Buenos Aires for her latest film — Those Who Love, Hate — on Monday.

“Thank God, my son is well. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes,” she said. “It happened to us. Now I value life much more, the now and the today. I would like to thank people for their support, for the prayers they said, for their love, and I want them to know that they reached us and that it helped us a lot to come through this.”

She added: “It’s difficult for me to speak about this. It’s very recent and I’m still a bit sensitive about the subject. But the love is daily, when people stop me in the street. It’s wonderful to know that you’re accompanied in life and that people love you.”

Both Michael and his lovely wife put their careers on hold to be there for their son at every moment.

It’s clear Michael is every bit the doting dad.

“My son’s recovery is a long process as you all know and he has to continue with check-ups,” she explained. “But we are very happy. We are looking forward to thinking about the future, to seeing our children grow. Seeing Noah grow and being happy gave me the strength to return and finish this film.”

“My faith in the fact God had a miracle helped me. I became strong so my son would get better. I transmitted that to all my friends and family.”

“As a family we were always very united and we fought this together. We did everything we could for our son, so he would come through this.”

The much-loved duo have remained tight lipped about little Noah’s excruciating journey, save for a handful of comments made via social media.

In February, Michael, 41, took to Facebook to share a promising update on little Noah’s cancer battle.

“We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy,” he wrote.

“He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words.”

“We’d like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey we are greatly comforted by your support and love,” the statement concluded.
