Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’ shock split still seems raw to us tragics, but it looks like both of them are doing just fine.
When their split was publically confirmed back in August, the idea of love, for many, was officially cancelled.
How, we begged, could our favourite Hollywood sweethearts have fallen apart after almost a decade of courtship, and a fairytale-esque marriage?
Two months on from the heartbreaking news however, the outlook is quite different.
In the months since their split was announced, Miley Cyrus has very publicly proved she is doing A-okay in the love department, quickly jumping into a widely publicised fling with reality TV star Kaitlynn Carter.
The pair recently went their separate ways – and Miley wasted no time in striking up a brand new romance with none other than Aussie singer and actor Cody Simpson.
Just this week, the former Disney star confirmed the pair were in a relationship as she was taken to hospital (for the record, she’s okay!).
Sharing a series of images from the hospital on her Instagram story, Miley remarked that her “BF coming to visit me @ the hospy”.
Sure enough, Cody later appeared on Miley’s social channels, serenading the 26-year-old while lying in her hospital bed.
“Arrived with roses and his guitar in hand,” wrote Miley, before adding the hastags #imnotcrying and #yourecrying.
So what does Liam think about all of this, you ask?
Well, going by recent reports, probably okay!
In fact, according to an Us Weekly source, Liam is “open to meeting people.”
Excuse us as we jaunt to Byron Bay on the off-chance he’s there with his brother Chris…
Back in August, Liam spoke out as news of the split broke across the world.
Sharing a post on Instagram, he penned: “Hi all, Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated”.
He continued: “I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward.”
The actor cleared up the rising tide of rumours and claims surrounding the pair, stating: “This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
