Having sex when you’ve got two kids under the age of five is no mean feat. Energy levels are non-existent and you can barely go to the loo without an interruption so go figure.
But what do you know… Turns out celebrities like Kristen Bell are just like the rest of us.
Bell appeared on The Talk to promote Bad Moms 2, revealing her most embarrassing family moment to be, you guessed it, her daughters walking in on her and husband Dax Shepard having sex.
“Oh, they’ve walked in on us having sex,” the 37-year-old actress revealed.
The audience collectively freaked out and she diffused the laughter by saying “That’s how they were made, it’s OK!”
But how did Bell actually handle this incredibly awkward moment?
“Well, we didn’t, like, continue,” she said. “We sort of just went like, ‘Hey, what’s up? What do you need? What do you need?’ . . . And then we just said, ‘Mommy and Daddy are just going to take a nap for a couple of minutes.'”
Now THAT is improvisation.

It was an odd choice as Bell voices the character of Anna in Frozen but she took her daughter’s preference for the main character like a champ.
