Jon Snow may be left with just his memories of Ygritte but for the stars behind the iconic Game of Thrones couple, they’re about to make a whole lotta new ones.

Even Tyrion is chuffed about the news.
While the couple are yet to comment on the matter, a pal confirmed the news to People.
Kit and Rose first dipped their toes into the romance pool back in 2012… Just as their on-screen counterparts started getting their groove on.
According to multiple reports, the pair then split after a year, reconciled and went public in April 2016.
Game of Thrones fans everywhere rejoice! On April 3, Kit Harington and Rose Leslie made their first official red carpet debut as a couple at the Olivier Awards in London.
Kit, 30, spoke of his romance a couple of months after going public.
He recalled that they were shooting in Iceland for season two, admitting they were some of his favourite times.
“Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love,” he admitted in a chat with L’Uomo Vogue.
“If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love.”
The couple are yet to comment on the engagement reports.
In 2014, before they were official, Rose spoke of that infamous cave scene.
“Kit is a lovely and funny man, and a dear friend,” the 30-year-old said.
“We had known each other before we started working together on Game of Thrones. It was always such a privilege to be working opposite him and such a blessing that we get on in real life because it made our characters more believable.”
Admiting, “It was my first sex scene that I’ve ever done and it was weird.
“But I felt that it was important for the characters and the audience to get to see just how much they have fallen in love. We got to see them in their own little world, with no outside interests or power plays or nasty surprises.”
“It was just two characters finally getting together.”
Last June, Kit spoke about moving in with his now-fiance.
“I’ve moved in with my other best friend, Rose,” he told James Corden.
“I’m very, very happy and it’s going well. She has all sorts of ideas for the house.”
Adding, “I said to her — because she moved into my house — I said, ‘Look, darling, it’s important that this is our space, that it feels like our space and that you haven’t just moved into mine. Move anything you want around — change anything or chuck anything out.’”
Laughing, he recalled, “So I went to the shops and I came back and said, ‘What did you decide?'”
“And she went, ‘We’re moving the kitchen downstairs.’”
“I fell in love with my co-star,” Kit confessed on The Jonathan Ross Show, as a photo of the pair flashed across the screen. “This is Rose, who plays Ygritte, who I’ve met, who is just the loveliest girl and she could do so much better!”
