The stomach-churning moment happened during her appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden on Wednesday, January 11. While on the show, Khloe, perhaps the most outspoken of the Kardashian-clan, agreed to partake in the delightfully-named truth or dare game “Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts.”
The premise of the game is simple, if not revolting: the celebrity in question must answer a series of personal questions or choose to opt out by eating a disgusting food item.
On the menu for the Strong Looks Better Naked author was scarab beetles, cod sperm, chicken feet, bird saliva and a range of other nasty options.
The 38-year-old talk show host eased Khloe into the game by first asking her which was her least favorite E! network show: Rob & Chyna, I Am Cait or Sex With Brody.
With cod sperm as her punishment, Khloe blurted out “I didn’t even know Sex With Brody was a show!”
Taking a major swipe at her younger brother Rob Kardashian, 29, Khloe added, “Sex With Brody and Rob & Chyna.”
“I’ll say two.”
Ouch! Rob & Chyna follows Khloé’s brother Rob Kardashian‘s relationship with his fiancée Blac Chyna.
Next on the menu for the Kardashian sister was a singular raw fish eye.
Staring at the daring delicacy, Khloe mused, “It’s a real fish eye, and I think there’s blood on it.”
Appearing to have no prior knowledge of the question written on the card before him, funnyman James burst into laughter and cringed as he shouted: “Who wrote this?”
Finally plucking up the courage to ask the shocking question, James said: “Do you think OJ did it?”
It quickly became clear by the star’s facial expressions that there was no way she was going to answer the question.

With only one option left, Khloe picked up the raw fish eye and said, “Oh my god, it f***ing jiggles. I think I might throw up.”
“That will be wonderful for our ratings,” joked James.
Khloe added, “I don’t even eat red meat, let alone an eye!”
And then she popped the giggling, dripping, glutinous eye into her mouth.
Khloe sarcastically thanked James for the yummy treat saying, “Fine dining. Thank you for inviting me.”
It’s not surprising that Khloe avoided the question at all costs. Khloe’s late father Rob Kardashian was a member of OJ’s defense team for the eight month, highly-publicised criminal trial in 1995.
OJ Simpson also happens to be Khloe’s godfather.
The case, which was dubbed “The Trial of the Century”, eventually found OJ not guilty of stabbing to death his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
OJ Simpson’s trial shocked the world.
Despite being found innocent, the disgraced American football running back was ordered to pay $USD25 million ($AUD33 million) in a 1997 civil case for their wrongful deaths.
It is rumoured that Robert’s decision to represent OJ subsequently damaged his relationship with Khloe’s mother and famed momager Kris Jenner, as murdered Nicole was his ex-wife’s best friend.
