Now sources tell Woman’s Day that Keith has decided it is the perfect time to give his adored wife the ultimate gift. – her dream home in New York, so she can pursue her Broadway dream.
An insider close to the pair tells Woman’s Day Keith, 50, is interested in buying a $52 million mansion in Manhattan.
Once home to Michael Jackson, the sprawling six-storey Upper East Side home has seven bedrooms, a grand oak staircase, private outdoor area and a large kitchen, perfect for a young family.
Keith is looking to buy a lavish gift for his wife.
He is interested in this stunning NYC townhouse.
The 6-storey home has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms!
“Nicole is keen to do Broadway shows and get into making TV programs and New York is a much better place for them to be than Nashville,” our insider shared.
Adding to the couple’s desire to make the move to New York are thoughts of their children’s future education.
“It has some of the top schools in the country and they think their girls would really benefit from moving to the Big Apple now they’re getting a bit older,” the friend quipped.
If they buy the house, the move will be great for their daughters, Sunday Rose, nine, and Faith Margaret, six.
Although the home is still on the market, our source says Nic was touched by Keith’s idea and is keen on the move to NYC.
But moving to New York won’t come without its challenges.
