Back in their Home and Away days, the two were inseparable.

of herself, Bec, Seven’s head
of drama Julie McGauran and Foxtel publicist Victoria Richards, adding the hashtags #grateful and #outonatuesday.”

The mother-of-one is looking to her past for guidance in more ways than one.

She also recently returned to Sydney’s Palm Beach, where Home and Away is filmed.

Despite the tough times, Kate’s keeping positive.

Kate, who played the beloved character Sally Fletcher for over two decades on the long-running soapie, took to Instagram to share with her some 112k followers a rather telling message.

“It doesn’t quite solve the big issues like it used to but continues to have its claws in my heart and offer me some quiet ☀️ #palmbeach #summerbay #stillhaventbeentothelighthouse,” she penned alongside a sweet selfie.

In another post from the same outing, the 38-year-old reflected, “Sometimes you’ve just got to put your toes in the sand. #palmy.”
